1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Triple Landscaping website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Services Description

Triple Landscaping provides professional landscaping services throughout the Minneapolis–St. Paul metropolitan area, including but not limited to landscape design, landscape installation, hardscaping, water features, backyard design, outdoor living spaces, yard services, and landscaping maintenance. Service availability may vary by location and season.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates provided through the Site or in person are non-binding and subject to change based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract or proposal before work begins.
  • Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to material cost fluctuations, unforeseen site conditions, or changes in project scope requested by the client.

4. Project Agreements

All landscaping projects will be governed by a separate written agreement between Triple Landscaping and the client. That agreement will outline the specific scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

5. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, server, or any connected database
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content without written permission
  • Submit false or misleading information through contact forms

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, design elements, and landscape project photographs — is the property of Triple Landscaping or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Landscaping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties & Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s accuracy, reliability, or availability. Specific warranties for landscaping work will be detailed in individual project agreements.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triple Landscaping, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Minnesota.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
